Day 35 – If it is bugging you…

Then fix it. This commitment is teaching me something critically important. If there is something that you need to do to further your goals in life and you keep ignoring it, or you keep moving it for several days on your 365 list then the result is going to be building stress. Stress accumulates over time.

Don’t believe me? Then if your feeling stress – take a look at what is outstanding in your life. I guarantee you there are a few things bugging you. Why don’t you just fix what is bugging you? Yeah, it is that simple. Get one of them done and just watch the stress melt away!
