Day 339 – Strength in Numbers

A secret to my progress has been adding everyday another day of success on a habit. On my main commitment, I am at 339. My wake at 5, run, pushup commitment is at 289. I now have others that have reached 200 and a few that are north of 100. Several are in their infancy at less then 50.

The point is that as the number grows, the pressure increases to not let the habit slip. So strength in numbers. Simple concept, no deep meaning. Just start counting the consecutive days.

If I live another 50 years, I could report on this blog…
