Blog 152 – A Good Habit is a Worthy Goal

Just reporting in today on my excercise habits. I’ve managed to actually stick with these so far for all of 2019.

I have leveled out at 50 pullups and 100 pushups twice a week. For legs, I’m doing 8 hill sprints at 105 meters, and 100-200 airsquats each week.

I’ve leveled off with these numbers for June. My focus has been on just maintaing.

I would like to report greater accomplishment. But, I’ve struggled lately and just maintaining is where I’m at today.

This level is not my ultimate goal, but it is good and it is a habit, so I am happy about that. Establishing any good habit is an important and worthy goal in and of itself.

Sticking with something for 5+ months is worth celebrating, and that is good enough for today.
