Progress is Pain

We can hang out in comfort, and we should. That is enjoying time  at a rest stop on the way to the top of the trial. However, progress is only possible via pain. The more quickly you suffer the faster your ascent up the mountain of progression. The more you put off or avoid discomfort the longer it will take to progress, in fact maybe the last time. You will experience resistance and you will be required to push through with some pain. This is growth and most assuredly progress.
