There is a compounding effect of little incremental things you do everyday. It is hard to see the power in this until you actually do it, so why not try? Basically you pick something you want to be good at and then you find what you can start doing everyday. The something you pick should be really in a small effort level or quantity. Then every subsequent day, increase the workload slightly. It will be excruciatingly slow, but suddenly in 4 to 6 months you will be shocked at how much you improved. It is actually rather incredible. I have tried and experimented with this multiple times and have done some pretty crazy things with this concept. Give it a shot!
