So I spend most my day “pushing a pencil”. Meaning that I have a largely bureaucratic job. So much to my surprise when someone taught me the concept of pencil pushups today. Yes, pencil pushups.

Up to this point my screen time has really caused my eyes to suffer. Dryness, tiredness from looking at a screen all day long. My eyes sometimes get really fatigues. This concept of pencil pushup is to move a pencil back and forth while you stare at it. This relieves tension in the eye, and amazingly it works! My eye irritation is significantly less today then normal.
