Everyone experiences setbacks, minor and major ones. Resilience is the ability to experience a setback and yet continue to push on to your objective.
Resilience is built by habit. The practice of forming a habit forces you to overcome setbacks everyday. On the path to forming lifelong habits you will experience the constant dailybstruggle of setbacks. The cool thing is that when you really do get a major setback in your life, your automatic, trained reaction will be to push forward anyway.
That is what people that have built good habits do. They have paid the price for resillance, each and eceryday on their journey in forming habits.
