Something that has been rattling around in my head for a few months is a concept around truth.
I think I have landed on a truth with my formula around good habits. The reason I know that it a truth because it is incredibly simple.
The more simple a concept is, and the more it solves for through that simplicity the more true it is.
When you follow truth, actually follow it, you gain power.
