Day 235 – The One Thing

If you could pick one thing that you would do everyday for 365 days in a row – what would it be? One thing that would have the greatest impact in your life that if you did it everyday – your life would be completely changed by the end of the year?

I decided 235 days ago what that one thing is. I decided to create in the morning and review at night the most important things for me to focus on that day. Thus was born The 365 Commitment.

Honestly this one change in my life, this one commitment to do this everyday has had the most dramatic impact in my life. The changes have been subtle, but consistent and cumulative. The combined total of the influence of focusing on the most important things every morning has now become an overwhelming positive influence in my life.

I cannot even describe how improved things have become for me. However, it is everything. It is personal, financial, health, spiritual – every aspect of my life has improved. I have more energy, more focus, less stress.

Someone told me that had not seen me in several months – you just look happy. What changed?

What changed? Everything.

I am telling you – if you read this blog – focusing EVERYDAY on what is the most important to you is the answer. The thing is you have to do it everyday for 365 days in a row.
