Blog 190 – Morning Launch

Today I will follow the plan. This is the simple routine I follow.  I start by writing a daily blog, then I will perform my minimum excercise, which today is 100 airsquats and 100 pushups. The excercise should clear my mind and create the best possible mental state for listing and prioritizing my actions/goals for the day. After completing my plans for the day,  I will pray.  Then I’ll get my body cleaned up and tuned in with a hot and cold shower, breathing excercises, and 15min meditation.

Next comes breakfast and then on with my day to the best of my ability.

Here I go, just focused on today.
