Sufficient is Today

A good mental state is to wake each day and realize that there is nothing you can do about yesterday or tomorrow. The only thing that you can truly influence is today. No need to stress about what will come or what has been. Worry only about what is now. What you have immediately access to and potential control over. Today is the focus for those that really wish to make things better. Today is where you live and love. Today is where you find peace, fight battles and grow. Each day, everyday, wake up with a new found desire to make everything you can out of each and every single day.
