We must face the fact that humility is an attribute highly attractive to other people. When you are in the presence of a person with humility, true humility, you are usually in awe. Sure, the bragging and bombastic people attract attention but it is the people with true humility that move societies, motivate and inspire people. Humility is probably the secret and yet unobtainable attribute for which humans do not think to strive for. Humility can rarely be developed, but rather experienced. You have to experience humility by getting out of your comfort zone, challenging yourself, experiencing what others think and feel. You have to do a lot of listening before you do any talking.

People with humility become great leaders, not because they climb up but because they are lifted up.
