Progress is Not Always Up

Progress is not always up. Progress is up and down. So it will not be up and to the right all the time. Many times you will have setbacks and negative feelings, but slowly, ever slowly your downs will not be that far down any more. What used to be your best will now be your new low point. That is the reality of progress. You will feel great, and then you will feel horrible. The point is to keep going at it, because as you improve things will just over all get better even though it does not feel like it. \
