Whenever you start to feel bad stop. Really stop. Take some time to sit quietly and ponder, why do I feel this bad? What exactly started this? What was the trigger!?
The trigger is what to watch for. That is the secret to healthy disposition. When you learn to avoid or at least soften the triggers, you will gain better control over how you feel throughout the day.
