I have sort of fell into this notion that maintaining a regular interval of practice is the first challenge. Then the second challenge is to determine a metric to achieve in that regular interval, and then slowly work toward improving that metric. The interval is the critical foundation, the metric is needed to make improvements. The two together make a practice.
