Wired That Way

“oh, I am just wired that way.”

We say that to excuse behavior. Repeated behavior. Learned behavior. You are indeed wired to behave a certain way without even thinking.
Mindless.
Repetitive.
Reactive.
We operate this way, again, and again. Repeatedly. We burn that behavior in. We become our actions.
But it is not permanent.
Wiring can be changed.
Mindful.
Habitual.
Beneficial.
Change the mindset. Force the issue. Create new wiring. It is possible.
