I keep coming back to this increased awareness topic. I believe the meditation habit that I have developed has got me to the point where I have a heightened state of awareness of what causes mental anxiety and stress.
I am on this new concept of knowing when something is occurring that will impact me enough to set me off balance. When that occurs, I need to know when to actually take a pause and readjust my current situation, schedule, attitude so that I can appropriately grapple with the root cause.
Anxiety seems to come because imam trying to proceed normally, and yet at the same time deal with a crisis or some other compilation of life events. I am starting to realize when this occurs and now I instinctively am looking for a way to hit the pause button and assess my reaction and readjust.
Knowing when to hit pause is pretty important. Most the time we dont, and that is when we become these frazzled, stressed maniacs.
