Day 44 – Improvements

You should experience improvements in your life by following the 365 commitment. Gradually, you will start to focus on the things that are the most significant and the most likely to improve your situation.

All you have to do is just keep the commitment. However, I will add something else. You cannot accept the “going through the motions” behavior. If you find yourself just simply jotting down a few things that you know you have to get done, saying a quick prayer and moving on – I have learned this comes as a result of not being focused on your end in mind.

I recommend scheduling time to periodically review what you want to achieve long term, and make sure that is fresh in your mind when starting each day.

Another recommendation is to find a source of inspiration. Scriptures if you are religious, a inspirational podcaster, a inspirational book or audio recording. Reading or listening to things that inspire you each morning is a great way to stay away from just going through the motions.
