I finally achieved the habit barrier. I have officially kept The 365 Commitment for 60 days in a row. For me personally, that feat is nothing short of a miracle. Out of all the things that I have accomplished in my life, I have never kept up a good practice for more then 5 days in a row much less 60. As I explained in one of my earlier blogs the path to discipline starts with developing good habits, and it takes at least 60 days to develop a good one.

So here I am. I had faith that if I kept this commitment for 365 days in a row I would see massive improvements to my life, I would achieve everything I wrote down at the beginning of this path. Well, I am writing here at my desk as living proof that keeping this commitment will improve your life. It has only been 60 days and the things I wrote down have already come true. So now I need to write new things. There must be a God, or the human mind is incredibly powerful, or perhaps both. I am fully convinced that The 365 Commitment is a solid foundation to build upon. Out of all the good habits to develop – this is the best one – the first habit to develop. If you are searching for a way to improve your situation, then look no further.

I want to recap how my life has changed in 60 days. I am not listing these to brag – because I know full well that the real challenging times still lie ahead and I would be a fool to think this something to boast about. In fact, if I keep this up for 365 days – I will probably look back at this list and laugh as it will pale in comparison to what I have accomplished then. Here is what has happened since day 1:

Hopefully some of you are having a good experience keeping the commitment.
