Day 222 – Remembering Who is Important

Beyond the physical, mental, spiritual, and financial benefits of making sure I focus each day on what is the most important – is the fact that remembering what is important to me each day and making time is just a good idea.

It is amazing how if you are not paying attention, you will not focus on the people that are the most important in your life. The 365 Commitment has reminded me each day to wake up and make sure that I find time for that.

I am not very good at, unfortunately. I get tired. I get overwhelmed. I get frustrated. I feel anxiety. All of those things reduce the quality of my time with loved ones. However, the 365 Commitment – remembering what is absolutely critical each day has definitely reminded me of those around me. Even if I only improve a little bit in that area – it is many times better then where I was at.

I need to remember that one of the most core elements of the 365 commitment is to focus on others.
