Day 246 – Visualizing the Future

This morning, I started a new meditation routine that is closely tied to my 365 commitment process.

Instead of spending 30 minutes crawling through my morning before I head out the door for a run, I spent a few minutes in quiet meditation.

I focused on visualizing what I want to accomplish in the future, and the attitudes that set me back. I created a path for me to overcome my obstacles and brought my achievement to the present.

When I was done with my meditation, I then did my 365 commitment and that process seemed much more meaningful. My morning went great and the normal stress that I feel just seemed unimportant.

Glad I discovered this process, I am now adding this on my good habit list.
