Day 320 – Commitment

There are thoughts like, “I really should start….” or “One day I am going to…” or “Perhaps after the holidays, I will finally be able to…”

Then there is a commitment. Phrased something like this, “At the end of the day I will have accomplished…”

I challenge you to CHANGE your procrastinating mind, your excuse mind, your anything but today mind and wake up this morning, write down a commitment to do something to improve your life and then DO IT.

You do not need to reinvent wheels, or perfect a system, or even muster up the energy. Just pick something simple you can start today and just start doing it.

I mean it. Make a commitment and keep it. Repeat everyday. Keep that up for 320 days in a row and you will dramatically improve your life. It is not complicated.
