Day 325 – Forty Days

So I have 40 days left in my 365 commitment. Still have not decided exactly what I am going to do at the end, although I am starting to see the path.

Seriously unbelievable journey I have been on. I set out to determine if there was any truth behind the basic precepts of the commitment I made. Well, if progress is proof in have it.

I also made a promise to myself that if I kept the commitment for a year, I would achieve a personal goal of mine. Well I achieved that months ago.

I also decided that I would become something different, that I would change in specific ways. I set a vision of what that might be like. I have almost seen most of that come true.

I have proven to myself that keeping The 365 Commitment is the first and best habit to follow, and on top of that have discovered and kept several other habits that have had a tremendous impact on me.

I am very grateful for this experience, the next 40 days for me is going to be like a victory lap and I am going to be preparing myself for even greater mental and physical challenges.
