Day 52 – Dulce Suenos

I have set the habit of getting up each morning at about 5am.  This seems to happen regardless of the time I go to bed. This is a good thing because I have time to keep my morning regimen of habits I am committed to.   This morning’s run, squats and sprints felt pretty strong.  Unfortunately, I require about 7hrs of sleep. I wish I was one of those people who only need 5 or 6.

So, any time I stay up past 10, I’m shorting myself on sleep.  I think it’s actually the dreaming component of sleep that is the most important. It’s funny how the body sets a waking time regardless of the going to sleep time.  Anyhow, given that it is past 10pm at this very moment, and that I have not had enough sleep for at least the past two nights, I am going to go to have to settle for a shorter than usual blog post today.  Dulce suenos!
