Blog 90 – Sharing Dr. Berg

Yesterday I found a great resource for health and nutrition knowledge.  His name is Dr. Berg, and his YouTube channel contains a ton of easily accessed information.

I really like his presentation style, short videos with a whiteboard.  He is easy  on the ears, soft spoken and clear in his communication, with the right amount of detail, and competent and confident in his recommendations.  Imagine if Mr. Rogers had a son who became a Doctor, that’s Dr. Berg.  I recommend visiting his YouTube channel and selecting “Play lists” where his videos are grouped by topic.

Through years of online research and reading my wife and I had already learned much of what Dr. Berg teaches about nutrition and disease and health.  We have both been seeking remedies to pernicious health issues and thanks to the Internet have found some answers.  However, I have never found so much good information in one place presented in such a digestible manner, pun intended!  He filled in some gaps for me as I watched his videos yesterday on intermittent fasting, ketosis, and liver health.

The 365 Commitment has an unwritten rule.  As you pray or meditate ask for someone to cross your path that you can help today.  Imagine if everyone incorporated this practice into their lives.  I think it would create ripples of good experiences that would converge into waves of kindness washing away much sadness and suffering.   I hope that sharing De. Berg with you is helpful in this way.
