Time for a free day. A day where I can be just free to think and let me mind flow its natural course. Rather than be under the constant influence of the expectations, demands, concerns, and conflicts of others. Freedom from conference calls, emails, escalations, and required attendance. Instead just a free day.

Now what would it take to plan and implement a truly free day? That might be more difficult than it seems. Can you imagine a day completely free from obligation? What would I do? Just sleep? What would I think about? What would i choose to work on or enjoy? Where would I spend my time without any pressing concern?

If I go on vacation, it would not be free. Now I am not talking about freedom from what is important in life, that would be escaping or abandoning. I am just talking suspension so you can allow brain time to really think for itself.
