Just a note on this uncomfortable topic. Many times the path to improvement is to let people know what you are feeling, what you are struggling with and what you want. You would be surprised how many people get what they want by simply letting others know. People also tend to trust other people that are open and honest about what is going in with them. Disclosure is not bad, even though scary. Usually the outcome is good.
