You want to reduce your stress? Then make a list of what is actually under your control and then decide in the morning what you are going to work on on that list. Pretty simple process, but easy to do and is amazing how quickly that it will move you into command and control. When you are working on things that are under your control and you are able to influence them in a positive direction today, right now.
