Throughout my blogging experience I have had a few instances where I have been foiled by technology. I finally gave up on all the various services out there and built my own. That has worked better than most, but every once and while something creeps up that completely derails me. Like an expired SSL certificate. Ugh. Now I have a way to resolve that, but it is going to take time for reasons that I will not bore you with.

Suffice to say, the beautiful, amazing, poetic, articulate and creative post I wrote today was lost and now I am way to grumpy to recreate it. Instead, I will wake early tomorrow and take on this beast, restore all webservices back to normal. So for now I am running the site on a copy and have quickly wrote this post so that I can keep my habit. 1,557 days in a row. Technology be damned.
