You cannot find a shortcut that transforms your life. The only real.way to transform anything  is with a commitment of time.

The right things, the right activities over a duration of time will produce great results. That is inevitable.

So we all claim to have examples where, “it just does not work for me.” I have tried that and I got nowhere. Any good program, accompanied by the passage of time will yield positive results.

Most everything centers around the idea of time. Apply yourself toward a wanted outcome and commit the time. See what happens.
