Building Resiliance

Everyone has a tough time. You are not alone and you are definitely not the only one.

The difference is some people have greater resilience than others. Resilience is the ability to bounce back, deal with, handle stress and adversity. People with resilience thrive despite setback and strife. Those that do not, suffer and go into survival mode only.

When you have resilience you can meet the demands of your life, your work and your relationships. You know how to stop and take a break. You usually have a great deal of self worth, sense of purpose. You have goals for the future and you are also not afraid to ask for help.
