Discomfort is learning. When we get uncomfortable we resist, we avoid, we dodge, we try to change our cicumstance. However, we should stop and take stock. Discomfort is always part of the learning process. Do not be so quick to avoid what makes you uncomfortable, because it is with that struggle you are learning. Learning a lot. Embrace it.
