You have a feeling that something is bad. It is bugging you. Causing you to feel anxious, disgruntled, upset. You want to do something, anything, to get away from the situation. However, have you really stopped to ask why is it bad? This is critical. Sometimes things are bad because of a very specific reason. That reason is very critical to understand. Sometimes the reason is due to an acute personal failure and changing your circumstance will not help! Sometimes the reason is due to a very simple issue and if you address that issue then all will be well. Sometimes the situation is just bad and if you really can identify why, then that will be a power to you in making a good decision about what to do about it. Give it a shot. Ask why.
