Day 198 – Dog Fight

Some days in your quest to build life changing habits, you are going to be in dog fight. Like today for me. Lots of pressure coming from a million angles, several obstacles and to top it off you feel generally exhausted.

I have had a few of these along this journey of almost 200 days. I have learned to not be to critical of myself, not get to grumpy, not to feel like the sky is falling.

Instead I just bare my fangs, set my feet and gut it up and do what I have to do first and make sure I get my commitments done. It is not easy, but it is days like this where the habit becomes real.

Is a lifetime habit that will improve your life in dramatic ways worth a few scrappy dog fights? Yes!

So quit whining about how tired and discouraged you are and get fighting mad!
