Day 199 – You Decide

You need to decide what to do with your life. You then need the courage to do it. Reviewing my notes from my reading of Ray Dalio’s Principles this morning. This is a critical thought. Rather then accepting the box that others might try to place you in – go ahead and discover your own path and start walking it.

This morning I am contemplating that concept. What is the path that I want t walk down? I think I am old enough now to understand the reality that I am dealing with, so now I am just faced with the hard part – having the courage to act on what I know is the right path.

Why do I care what others think? Why do I care what others tell me to think? Why do I care what others expect or do not expect from me? I am absolutely 100% in charge of my path and our society is still free enough for me to just start walking the path that I feel is best for me.

Time to stop creating excuses Mr. Reams. Get on the path!
