Strength can never be built short term. You just simply cannot wake up one day, but some effort in and build strength in anything. Strength is earned with a gradual persistence over a long period of time.
You do not become strong because you quit too early. Plain and simple truth. You get better and build upon each day only over time. A break down is replaced by greater strength with repetitive break downs.
So the main thing you have to do is keep doing something for an extended period of time and you will build strength. What was once a weakness can become your greatest strength with just a commitment over a period of time.
So dont give up, just keep trying everday and over time what was hard will become easy.
