Focus.  What are the key things you need to accomplish today?  Which are most important?  The word “focus” –  so clear and compact and unambiguous.  And, most helpful in the face of what can seem too much.

For me, today, keeping my 365 Commitment is top of mind, along, with taking on (crushing!) a few onerous tasks.  I know that if I can to do this that at the end of the this day I will in a be in the best possible place.  This is my focus.

Yesterday is now a fond memory, I took my son snowboarding and we had a great day.  Beautiful sunny weather, mountains, good snow, and time well spent with each other.

So, write it down, pray about it, give it all you got, and then lay your head on your pillow tonight with peace of mind.  Focus.
