Blog 121 – Results Earned

Woo hoo! Milestone reached. By adding two pushups and pullups a week, I have slowly and incrementally increased my capability in doing these. I’m now past the 100 pushups and 50 pullups milestone.

My goal now is to complete the pushups with 4 sets of 25 with less than 1 minute rest between sets. And, 5 sets of 10 for the pullups with less than one minute rest between sets. This means focusing on getting those reps and timimg. Pushing for small incremental improvement is the key.

It feels good to achieve these results after 128 days of daily commitment. I look less wimpy for sure !I will continue with this habit! Slow and steady wins the race.
