Blog 205 – New Tool

Last year I bought a new phone. I like big phones because they are easier to type on with big hands and easier to see with old eyes. It has a cool stylus which I never use, and a bunch of other features that I never use. But, fortuitously I met a guy with a similar model and got some tips to get more use out of it.

He turned me onto an app  that fits right  in with the365 commitment called “Tasks” that has a really cool function that allows sub-tasks!  It also allows changing the order of tasks and makes prioritizing  and re-prioritizing easy. He said that the subtask and ordering features were key usability features he had not found on other task related apps, and was stoked to finally find one.

I also learned how to use my pen to write directly onto  my  phone  screen instead of typing. In fact, I’m  writing this blog with my stylus pen right now. So, no more notebook since I can write directly into my phone with  ease. And no more loking for pens, pencils. Charcoal, lipstick, when I need to write down a thought.

In my quest to become more Efficient Ive Found some new tools and thought I’d share then With you.  These tools were right in front of my face, literally.

So look for an app called TASKS if you are looking for a good tool for managing your daily task lists.  Recommend!
