Blog 206 – Obnoxious, Yet Inspiring

The only   phrase bouncing  around in my head this morning is the phrase “Get er Done”.  I don’t want this in my head, but it’s like when a song gets stuck in your head.

It all started when our car overheated and The dealer diagnosed it with a blown head gasket. and gave me a$ 3800 Estimated for repair. I still owe about $2000 on it so I decided to tackle the job Myself. I’m in the process of putting it back together now. There is no Way But through. And I’m Facing a long day of painstaking effort . “Get er done,” is the thought that won’t  let me be. So off I go to install The camshafts and timing chain and side cover, pulleys, ehausr motor mounts, and so on.  It’s really like putting a puzzle together, except you must sacrifice knuckle meat every hour or so.

Sometimes there is no way out but straight through, so I’m going to grab some coffee, put on some music and . . .

Don’t worry, Im not going to qoute Larry the Cable Guy again. I will spare you.  I’ll just say, “complete the job with focus and patience., one step at a time.”
