Blog 214 – What To Do When You Are Down

When you are going through tough times in life, remember that you have made it through difficult times before. You are stronger than you think you are.

Force yourself to get up and take a shower and put one foot in front of the other and you will walk right through.  Get physical exercise,  some sun on your skin, and eat nutritious  food  daily. Avoid adding drugs or alcohol to the mix. These will only make things worse

Do something productive each day even if it’s just cleaning your room or car.

Make a list each morning of important things and prioritize, then focus on knocking them out one at a time, most important things first.

Go to bed early and get up early. Wash rinse repeat. Where the body goes the mind will follow,  so if your mind is not in a good place,  then focus  on  getting things done.  Soon you will make it through.

If you are going through hell, keep going! Don’t stop, put on foot in front of the other and you will make it out of there.
