When in Doubt – Hydrate

I am amazed at how many people walk around in a state of dehydration – including myself. When you are doing physical activity, it is quickly noticeable. You tend to drink more when you are hiking, running, or working out. However when you are sitting around on phone calls, streaming netflix, or just being a bum, you do not drink enough. You get dehydrated. You start feeling bad and then you start feeling horrible. Everything around you turns bad and you hate life.

Then somewhere along the way, you drink water and then you start feeling better. Slowly at first and then you get hydrated and everything is awesome again.

Perhaps we should just cut to the chase and drink enough water in the first place!
