Just pondering how we poke at people for mistakes, attack those with faults, condemn those that made a bad decision. However, we are all guilty. So why do we do this with so much emphasis? I think it is because we actually do not care about the individual at all. We care only about what our message is, or want to draw attention to ourselves or our cause or our intent. Funny how we can really attack someone that is not in front of us, but then when you get in front of them for just a minute, all that goes away and you are both human again.
Seems like a person with great self control would treat people the same regardless if in abstract or in person.
