One of the single greatest contributors to success is be in company with people significantly better than you. If you ever wake up, look around and realize that you are actually the smartest person in the room, then you have a problem. People are pulling from you more then you are pulling from them. There may come a time in your life where that is welcomed and a great way to close down by parting your sage wisdom onto the next generation. However, until that time, it is a really good idea to be in a mode where you are being pressured by and learning from people better than you. This forces you to learn, to grow and to improve.
