So my doctor once again told me that I have a vitamin D deficiency. If it were up to here I would have an I.V. drip of the vitamin fed to me directly every morning. Back before Covid, I was running a lot. During Covid, I started running more in the early mornings, when the sun was not out. As a consequence, my sun exposure dropped. Interesting enough before Covid my blood work always showed that I was fine on my vitamin D levels. After Covid, the levels dropped. Easy conclusion, my body was not producing enough from sun exposure.

So I started an experiment. I am eating Vitamin D3 tablets all day long. Kind of like candy. They are gel packets so they kind of squish in your mouth, it was a first a little gross but after a while I got used to it. Now I am just popping vitamin D3 all day long. Now I had no effect from this at all, for the first week, but after 7 – 9 days suddenly I am starting to feel better. Less tired in the morning. More alert and concentrating better. Connection?

I will keep this up for a while and see how it goes. Will report back eventually on my conclusions.
