When you get a setback, and you have a foundation of good habits, you are well poised to quickly bounce back.
When you have bad habits, you do not. You fall back and the stick for awhile. Good habits create resilliance. Bad habits create lethargy.
I NEVER knew this, because I never had good habits. I never had the right habits. Yesterday, I fell back to good habits. Today I bounced back.
