Day 7 – Relax and be OK with it

That is right – the 365 commitment is EVERYDAY. That includes Saturdays! Saturdays are probably the most important day to wake up and prayerfully select your tasks for the day. This is day when most people are free from work obligations. If you are like me, my list of important goals in life are dominated by my loved ones, my personal ambitions and maybe one or two work related goals. The weekends are your chance to make sure those personal goals get some time!

Having said that – this morning I was looking through my list and I had the thought that I should right down and prioritize as #1 – Relax. I thought to myself – I can actually put down a task to relax? Well – YES! It is my list, I own it! Of course I can proactively decide to relax and I can be OK with it because I am achieving 365!

I have been doing this for 7 days now. This morning I woke up and automatically started doing the task list. That was a cool experience. Imagine what it will be like after 90 days!

Keep up the commitment everyone!
