The least urgent is usually the most important. Take my schedule today for instance. I had a bunch of urgent things to accomplish, that packed my day. All the non-urgent things, that were the most important things got pushed to the way side. How much bravery and courage does it take to actually choose to dedicate time, set aside time, secure your time to focus on the non-urgent yet the most important? I say it takes a significant commitment. A firm stance, that you just will not let the urgent, demanding, reactionary tasks from sucking up your time and killing the most important things in your life.
