In the daily struggle, there comes a few choice times where you fall into a certain rhythm, a cadence perhaps. Things just click. I call that magnification of your efforts. When things fall into place, snap together nicely and you just seem to accomplish more in a period of time. Too often we enjoy this time and we put our heads down and do more and as a consequence, disrupt the flow, tip the balance and we run into discord once again. The plates that were delicately spinning all come crashing to the floor. The flow stopped, back to the grind, literally.
Here is a new thought. Instead of shifting to high gear when things are clicking along, perhaps we should take a pause and note the reasons why we are performing so well? What are the circumstances that led to this phenomena? If we are able to understand that, then perhaps we can find this harmony more frequently instead of by accident?
