I have a new idea that I am trying to implement. A shocking, new concept that will rattle my world. I am going to give honest feedback to people. Imagine that!
What if we got and gave honest feedback on a more frequent basis. Maybe not all the time. I mean some times honest feedback might produce greater harm, I suppose.
However, what if we became more vigilant about honest, up front, transparent feedback. How would that impact relationships? Is transparency good?
I think so. It feels like it would, however, do I have enough faith in that concept?
